Customers often ask where are we located, or which areas we service, or when are you open, so here is the info, in a handy blog so you can find out at any time (even if it's 2am and everyone else is asleep).
Can we come to your shop? We are a mobile business, which means you can't visit us or just 'drop in'.
This is a good thing, because it means we come directly to you. No need to leave the house or drive around (or take the kids out with you), just book the day and time that works for you, then sit back and relax. We will message you if we think we're going to be early or later than 10 minutes of the appointment time booked and we'll also bring hands extras that you may have forgotten to include when you made the booking. Forgot to get a seat protector mat, or a mirror? No problems we have those. Need a top tether extension or a gated buckle? It's ok, we have lots and lots of those too.
If you prefer to visit us, every Thursday from 10am - 2pm we set up at The George Centre in Gledswood Hills, in their undercover car park. You are welcome to come and visit us there, but please note bookings are essential, so we don't have 20 people turn up ask at once.
What hours are you open? We operate standard business hours of Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Being a family run business means we do have some flexibility with offering after hours and/or weekend bookings. If you need an out of hours booking, please submit an enquiry with your preferred time and day preferences and will get back to you with our availability and prices.

The area within the inner green boarders is our 'in area' service locations.
The area in-between the green and red boarders is our 'out of area' service locations.
Outside of the red boarder you will need to submit an enquiry for a custom quote, or we can provide you with our recommended service providers in your area.

Please note: Some areas within 15km are still regarded as 'Out of Area' due to the time it takes to travel through traffic.
